Update Payment Method​

Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Changes to your method of payment, such as updating your credit card information or adding a new card, can be done directly through the app store:

To add, remove or update your method of payment in the Apple App Store:​

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your Account Icon, typically located in the upper right corner.
  3. Access your account setting by yapping Your Name
  4. Tap Manage Payments. Here, you change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods:
    • Add Payment method — If you wish to use a new credit card for future payments.
    • Update Payment Method — Select a credit card from the list to change the selected payment details.
    • Remove Payment Method — Select the card you wish to remove and tap.

To add, remove or update your method of payment in the Google Play Store:​

  1. Open the Play Store App.
  2. At the top right, click your profile icon.
  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions and then Payment Methods.
    • Add a payment method - Click on Add a Payment Method, choose the payment method you want to add and follow the on-screen instructions.
    • Remove a payment method - Click on More payment settings. Under the payment method you want to remove and tap Remove.
    • Update a payment method - Click on More payment settings. Under the payment method you want to edit, tap Edit. Make your changes and tap Update.

Cancel Subscription​

You can cancel your FlightGauge subscription by following the steps below:

Cancel subscriptions via the Apple App Store:​

Open the Settings app.

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Tap your Account Icon, typically located in the upper right corner.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription. (If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already cancelled)

Cancel subscriptions on Google Play:​

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Be sure to sign in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions.

When you cancel a subscription, you will still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.
